Founded in 1994, SAB Technologies is a solutions providing company based in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Our business model thrives on a range of services which include supply; installation; and support and maintenance phases within the telecommunications market. Further, we are a National Telecommunications Commission (NATCOM) certified internet service provider and radio communications dealer. Additionally, over the years, we have shifted into newer markets in order to create diversification within our business capabilities. These include solar power generation systems; AC power generation; and procurement and support of goods ranging from computing hardware to machinery.

Our Team
Sharmila Amarasekaran – Founder, CEO & Managing Director
Sharmila founded SAB Technologies in 1994 and has over 25 years of industry experience. She holds a BEng (Hons) Electrical from the University of Sierra Leone and a MSc in IT and Telecommunications from the University of Essex, England, United Kingdom.
Rajiv Gupte – Chief Technical Officer
Joining in 2006, Rajiv is a long-serving personnel at SAB Technologies with over 27 years of industry experience. He holds a BEng Mechanical and is specialised in the field of IT and VSAT installations.
Imthiyas Jaffer Ali – Technical Manager (Information Systems)
Imthiyas joins SAB Technologies with over 5 years of industry experience. He holds a Masters in Computing Applications; and is specialised in IT support and software integration.
Osman Dumbuya – Technical Manager (Power Generation)
Osman is a long-serving personnel at SAB Technologies. He holds a Diploma in Mechanical Technology; and has over 15 years experience in the field of mechanics and power generation.
